Safe Circles: Boundaries

Safe Circles: Boundaries

Monday, April 13 | 6:00 PM | Online (Zoom)

Setting boundaries can feel uncomfortable — especially when we’ve been taught to prioritize others, avoid conflict, or apologize for simply being human. Many of us say “sorry” for having emotions, for needing rest, or for not being perfect.

This month at Safe Circles, we’re exploring what healthy boundaries really look like and why they are essential for emotional wellbeing.

During this interactive online session, participants will:

  • Understand what boundaries are (and what they are not)

  • Recognize signs of weak or overextended boundaries

  • Explore how guilt and fear impact our ability to say “no”

  • Learn practical, respectful ways to communicate limits

  • Reflect on where stronger boundaries are needed in their lives

Safe Circles is a confidential and supportive mental wellness space where participation is voluntary, cameras are optional, and respect is central.

If you’ve been stretched thin, overcommitted, or apologizing for taking up space — this conversation is for you.

Rest. Reset. Reflect.
