Safe Circles: How to Avoid Burnout
Monday, March 16 | 6:00 PM | Online (Zoom)
Burnout doesn’t happen overnight. It builds quietly — through prolonged stress, emotional labor, financial pressure, and constantly pushing ourselves beyond capacity. Over time, it can leave us feeling exhausted, irritable, disconnected, and overwhelmed.
Join Guyana Rainbow Foundation for our March Safe Circles session as we explore stress and burnout in a supportive and confidential online space. This interactive forum will help participants:
-
Understand the difference between stress and burnout
-
Recognize early warning signs in the body and mind
-
Explore how chronic pressure affects emotional wellbeing
-
Learn practical tools to reduce overload and restore balance
-
Develop a simple, realistic personal reset plan
Safe Circles is a mental wellness series designed to create space for honest conversations, reflection, and community support. Participation is voluntary, cameras are optional, and confidentiality is respected.
If you have been feeling drained, stretched thin, or emotionally fatigued, this session is for you.
Rest. Reset. Reflect.
